Wearing blue in support of Duchenne awareness

On the 6th of September, max20 got together and held a blue clothing day to raise money for Duchenne Awareness Day.

With the help of the team at max20, we managed to raise a significant amount of money, which will be generously matched by max20.

Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a genetic and rare disease, causes progressive muscle degeneration and weakness due to a nonfunctional protein called dystrophin, which helps keep muscle cells intact. The physical demands of the disease increase over time, resulting in chronic pain and fatigue in adolescence and adulthood.

We are proud to give our support and raise awareness about this debilitating disease.
